■返金・返品について

お客様のご都合による返金・返品はできません。

 

■不具合について

通常の使い方にも関わらず、商品到着から3ヶ月以内に不具合が発生した場合はお問い合わせフォームから連絡をください。

無料で修理・交換をいたします。

■サイズ交換について

基本的には受注生産のため、原則サイズ交換はできません。

ただし、予備として在庫がある場合はできる限り対応いたしますので、ご相談いただければと思います。

その際の送料はお客様負担でお願いします。

■About refund

Once purchased, no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.

 

■About defects 

Please contact me if a defect occurs despite normal use. We will repair or replace it free of charge if it is within 3 months after its arrival.

■About size exchange

Size exchanges are not available due to the made-to-order nature of the product. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if we have some spares in stock, so please contact me. In such cases, you are responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.
